Paul T. Jones issues “Murder Warrant” vs. Steven Palange’s Motion to Stay Execution

Magistrate Paul T. Jones of South Kingstown Rhode Island “illegally” issued a “Body-Attachment” on me that almost resulted in me being murdered in the Rhode Island ACI Prison where they transferred a violent criminal from Maximum Security into my cell…..I can that “conspiring to murder someone” Paul T. Jones!

Here is a Motion to Stay (Remove that Body-Attachment) and the legal valid reasons why he never had the LEGAL RIGHT to issue a Body-Attachment on my sick old 60 yo ass.
