Living Large

It’s a RICO Conspiracy; They’re all in on it…..

Dear RI Courts Help Desk,

Please note the date on this request.

It is from December 25th 2018. I made this request and numerous in person and phone requests to be able to access the Electronic Filing System and Case Information as a Pro Se litigant.

In sum, each time I’ve requested I’ve been told “Pro Se are not allowed to use the EFS system, only the Public Portal. The Electronic Filing System is ONLY for RIBA attorneys.” Therefore, I am requesting in writing clarification as to why even the Help Desk has told me this same answer.

Otherwise, please inform me what I need to do next to enjoy the same “Rights” as a RI Bar Association attorney.

Thank you,

Steven J. Palange

p.s. – Please see one of the denials below. I still have the original email from the HelpDesk@

Please note the below are only the written denials for access to EFS and Case Information.

This Defendant was told in person TWICE and once on the phone the same answer:

“Pro Se are NOT allowed to use the EFS.”

Good day,
Unfortunately, Accounts are created for attorneys admitted to practice law in the state of Rhode Island, and approved state and federal agencies per executive order 2014-06.

To gain access to case information, excluding case documents, you can click on the Public eService Access link under the self help center on the judiciary website.

If you are looking for documents on a case, you may visit one of the courthouses to view them on the public terminal as the public is not given remote access to documents in the portal. If this isn’t possible I would suggest contacting the respective court clerk’s office to see what your options are.

If you desire more access than what is available to the public, please petition the supreme court on behalf of your agency.

Please help me access the case information for my little girl so I can stop her mom’s boyfriend from abusing her. All the Court cares about is me paying their Friends $$$….
