I was never informed I had to choose one by Monday! You will choose one who will charge me an OUTRAGEOUS PRICE only to give half it back to “someone” in “Loans”.
I spent the last three days on the phone with my Crohns Doctors trying to setup appts w/ their “unbiased to the RI Family Court” psychiatrists!
; ) I understand you must be getting pressure Judge Lanni to “get me committed” and this is the best way. Therefore I’ll forgo the appt w/ Dr. Lerner from Mass General who is an expert on Crohns medicaitions and just find someone in RI who will agree to give half what they charge me to “RI Family Court Friends”.
I’ll have those three names my Monday. I thought I had time to “Defend Myself” and find an ethical “Quack” and not one from Rhode Island who probably has Family & Friends who work at the Court!
I’ll have those names to you by Monday! I didn’t know I had a TIME LIMIT…I guess Michael Forte must have made a call to you. I’ll have those names to you by Monday.
You would choose someone who will just give You and Lanni the diagnosis you want…..”take all his money”….and his daughter….
They beat that girl to death…. ; ) I’m going to prove it now….
I’ll find a Non-Crohns Doctor who will probably screw up my medications and kill me – but I’ll document every step of this!
I really should be seeing a Crohns/REMICADE Dr. Psychiatrist….and those would have taken a week to get an appt.
You stopped me from getting PROPER Medical Care by threatening me with a “crooked” Psychiatrist…..
I’d rather use someone NOT loyal to the RI Family Court from this list of people who really aren’t qualified to make a diagnosis of a man with “LEVEL 6 Crohns Disease” who is UP TO 100mgs of Remicade per month and who uses ; “RI Medical Marijauna” – but if the Court is looking to RailRoad me….this is the second best way….

There is a Procedure for removing a Corrupt Judge from the bench! I don’t need legal advice! I have five (5) lawyers on staff, figuratively.
I’m going to prove that Judge Lanni took my child to generate Billable Hours for all her “Friends & Family”.
I already knew this was the wrong venue for dis-barring a Judge…and then get their legal degree voided.
In the meantime, ; ) look where the Honorable Judge Lanni is sending my little girl for Thanks Giving!….Katerina will be the “Turkey Girl” they all feast on….literally, physically…

I have time…I have 5 years before I did of severe Crohn Disease. Lanni knows this! She’s trying to get all my money to her Friends before I die….just like all those girls and women she allows men to beat and abuse…. ; ) so that all her Friends, other lawyers, ad litems, psychogists make $$$….
And maybe some of those “Friends” will loan her some of my $50,000…..

Please be advised that grievances under the quoted Section 504 Grievance Procedure are for claims alleging a violation of the ADA “in the provision of services provided by the court system or its personnel….” This grievance process is not applicable to substantive issues pending before the Family Court.
