I can bench press 315lbs. I’m 5′ 8″ and 135lbs. You impressed? You should be damnit. I worked Hard to get where I am today. Most days it’s only 135lbs I play with. It’s easy. It keeps me in shape. Some days I do 225lbs. But whenever possible I throw UP the big weight. No Pain. No Gain.
How about 405lbs? 500lbs? No. I’m not built for those #’s… I’m just not in That League. Or at least I can say, I’m not there yet.
